Fourteen Carat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated, raw carrots
1 (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift first 5 ingredients.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Frost, if desired, or top with Cool Whip.
