Turkey Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. fat or oil
5 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. yellow mustard
5 1/2 c. cooked, chopped turkey
10 hamburger rolls
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except turkey.
Cook for 10 minutes. Add turkey.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Serve on rolls.
Makes 10 servings with 311 calories per serving.
