Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini squash
    4 c. onions
    2 green peppers (sweet)
    2 red sweet peppers
    1/3 c. canning salt
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind squash, onions, green peppers and red peppers coarsely and add canning salt.
    Place in large bowl.
    Cover and let stand overnight.
    Next day, drain and rinse in cold water, then add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Put into jars and seal.
    Makes 8 pints.
