Pork Chops In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 onion
    olive oil
    1 can (large) crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    oregano
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in frypan with chopped onion and olive oil until brown.
    Pour in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Sprinkle a little oregano to season, or a little garlic salt if you like. Turn burner on simmer or low heat and leave for 2 to 3 hours.
    The pork chops will fall off the bone.
