Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornmeal. Add eggs, margarine, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
