Ingredients

1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut up the butter in a bowl and add sugar; cream together until fluffy.
Add peanut butter, flour and egg; beat until dough is smooth.
Put teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Put them on a wire rack to cool, using a spatula.
