Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, peeled, sliced and boiled tender
    1 (16 oz.) carton of sour cream
    6 slices of bacon, fried & crumbled
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    margarine
    a little milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes like you were going to make mashed potatoes. Drain well when done; add sour cream, bacon, onion, a little margarine and a little milk.
    Stir in salt and pepper to taste; mash well.
    A few little lumps won't hurt.
    Pour into baking dish and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
