Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    8 oz. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes about 35 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
