Chicken-N-Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    corn bread (cooked ahead)
    onions
    10 to 12 eggs
    sausage seasonings
Preparation
    Season and boil chicken in large amount of water to make plenty of chicken broth.
    Remove the bones and skin from chicken and return to broth.
    Chop up large onion and put in broth.
    Add one pan of cornbread at a time.
    Will use 1 1/2 to 2 pans of bread.
    You don't want it too thick.
    Add eggs.
    I like mixing it together with my hands.
    Put in your sausage seasoning to taste. Add salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Cook what you need and the rest freezes very well, if your best friend doesn't get what's left.
