Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    8 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 cake yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Mix boiling water, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and shortening together; then cool until lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water; add 1 teaspoon sugar and stir into first mixture.
    Add beaten eggs and stir in 4 cups of flour.
    Then beat very thoroughly.
    Stir in 4 more cups of flour and mix thoroughly, but it is not necessary to knead.
    Cover tightly and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Shape as desired and put in a warm place until double in bulk (about 2 hours).
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
    This dough will keep in refrigerator for a week or ten days.
