Haida Fried Clams(Modern) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 doz. clams
2 c. cornmeal
4 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Shell clams.
Beat eggs into milk.
Dip clams in cornmeal, then into mixture of egg and milk, then into the cornmeal again. Fry in deep, hot fat preheated to 385\u00b0, until golden brown.
Allow to drain on paper towel.
