Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    eggs
    fresh parsley
    salt
    Romano cheese
    peas
    onion
    tomato sauce
    oil
    bread crumbs
    chop meat
Preparation
    Cook rice and put aside in a frying pan.
    Mince and brown 1 small onion with chop meat, 1 teaspoon of salt, chopped parsley, 1/2 cup of peas and 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and simmer for 1/2 an hour.
    Prepare rice hot.
    Mix with Romano cheese thoroughly.
    Now make rice balls the size of a baseball.
    Make a hole in the center and fill with chop meat.
    Mix and close completely.
    Next, crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the white.
    Take the white and beat it.
    Then dip the rice ball and cover with bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
