Pasta Shells With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets
    8 oz. small pasta shells
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water following package directions.
    Drain.
    Heat butter and olive oil in large frying pan.
    Add broccoli and garlic.
    Saute for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add pasta, salt and pepper.
    Toss well and serve at once.
