Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
1 stick oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large pkg. chocolate kisses, unwrapped
powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream peanut butter, oleo and sugar.
Add egg; mix well.
Add the dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Wrap 1 teaspoon of dough around a kiss.
Keep hands sprayed lightly with Pam to keep from sticking.
Knead dough chilled.
Place dough covered kisses on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool, then roll in powdered sugar.
