Sweet Potato Pie(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk (or cream)
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 stick butter

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and butter; mix well. Add all other ingredients. Stir well. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
