Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inch).
Beat all ingredients until smooth; pour into pie plate.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
