Turkey Sausage And Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. turkey sausage links
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tsp. herbs de provence
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb. frozen summer squash (or other vegetables)
Preparation

Heat olive oil in skillet; add sausage links and brown quickly.
Add wine, herbs de provence and garlic.
Cover the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables to sausage and steam them for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
