Quick Pinto Bean Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft cooked pintos
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mash together first 3 ingredients to a mashed potato consistency.
    Heat chocolate and butter in double boiler.
    Pour hot chocolate mixture into the beans and stir until slightly thickened.
    Work in powdered sugar.
    Knead with hands and spread into a lightly buttered pan.
    Refrigerate; candy will stay moist in refrigerator for a long time (if you can keep the family away from it).
