Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, separated
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
dash of cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Melt chocolate and butter together in top of double boiler over simmering hot water, stirring until smooth.
Add sugar and milk. Continue stirring over water until well blended.
Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla.
