chicken or vegetable bouillon (for 7 c. stock)
2 heads broccoli (lower portion of stems removed)
2 carrots peeled
1 c. dry white wine
1 medium potato
4 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. dry thyme
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

In a large pot, bring 7 cups of chicken or vegetable stock to a boil.
Remove 1 cup and reserve.
