Zucchini And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 zucchini, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
1 egg
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Boil together zucchini and onion.
Heat to almost boiling milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Beat egg and add to sauce.
Add sauce mixture to zucchini and onion.
Mix cheese, bread crumbs and chilies and layer with squash mixture in buttered dish.
Top layer should be cheese, bread crumbs and chilies.
Cook until bubbly.
