Pizza Horns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    all-purpose flour
    olive oil
    1 (14 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    1 green pepper, minced
    2 to 3 oz. pepperoni, chopped
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough.
    On lightly floured surface, roll into a 10-inch circle.
    Brush with oil.
    Cut each circle into 8 triangles or wedges.
    Spread surface with pizza sauce, oregano and garlic powder; leave a 1/4-inch margin on each side.
    Sprinkle with cheeses, green pepper and pepperoni.
    Roll up each triangle, beginning from the wide end.
    Place on oiled baking sheets.
    Brush tops with egg white.
    Sprinkle on additional oregano or Parmesan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
