Light 'N Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw ground turkey
1/2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
Preparation

Brown ground turkey and fennel seed in a large saucepan. Drain well and crumble.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer, covered, until heated.
Combine cottage cheese and eggs in container of electric blender.
Process until smooth.
Stir in parsley.
