Super Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups shredded carrots, packed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can (20-oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    3 cups unsifted all purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup raisins
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Then add other ingredients. Mix well by hand then pour into greased, floured pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until cake shrinks from side of pan. Makes a huge cake.
    Very delicious.
