Quick Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Mix in other ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Boil and stir for exactly 2 1/2 minutes.
    Set off and place pan in a sink about 1/4 full of cold water.
    Beat until fudge starts to thicken.
    Pour on greased plate.
