Eggplant Roma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplant, peeled, sliced and broiled
    Provolone cheese
    baconettes
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Put the boiled eggplant in a baking dish.
    Place 1 slice of Provolone cheese on each.
    Sprinkle with the baconettes.
    Pour tomato sauce over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
