Sauce For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic until tender in oil; do not scorch.
    Add all ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Into this sauce, add the meatballs in the following recipe and serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
