Coconut Pound Cake(Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (plain)
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 large can coconut (7 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Cream together Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add milk and flour mixture alternately to creamed mixture.
    Add coconut and coconut extract. Grease large tube pan; cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes, starting in cold oven.
    Let cool in pan.
