Arugela Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches Arugela
    1 c. shaved Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. virgin olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Wash Arugela well.
    Pat dry.
    Chop coarsely.
    Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix olive oil and lemon juice well and dress salad.
    Toss lightly.
    Serves 4.
