Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix gently with hands.
    Roll out, when smooth, into flat pan, 1/4-inch thick, or cut into shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Store in an airtight container.
