Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
ribs
3/4 c. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan and garlic; cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Blend mustard and sugar.
Add to pan, along with remaining ingredients, except ribs.
Bring to a boil.
Salt ribs and place, bone side down, on grill over slow coals.
Broil 20 minutes; turn and brown other side.
Turn, meat side up, and broil 20 minutes longer.
Brush meat side with sauce and continue to broil 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
Baste occasionally.
Brush sauce on both sides of ribs; broil 2 to 3 minutes for a fine finishing.
