Homemade White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm milk
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 to 7 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine yeast, honey and 1/2 cup of milk together until yeast is dissolved.
    Place rest of milk, butter and salt in bowl.
    Add yeast mixture to bowl and add flour.
    Knead dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place kneaded dough in buttered bowl and let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Punch dough down and knead 5 minutes.
    Divide dough in half and shape into loaves.
    Place dough in 2 buttered loaf pans and let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Slash loaves with a razor and brush with water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
