Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/3 c. dehydrated potato flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Mix dry ingredients in pie tin.
    Pat chicken breasts dry.
    Roll in melted margarine.
    Arrange in bottom of baking dish.
    Sprinkle the dry mixture over the top of chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven.
