Country Skillet Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/3 c. 100% Bran cereal
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. plain wheat germ
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 large egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 8-inch cast-iron skillet well.
In large bowl combine muffin mix, wheat germ, cereal and sesame seed. In small bowl, using fork, beat milk and egg to blend.
Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients.
Pour batter into prepared skillet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Place skillet on wire rack to cool completely; cut bread into wedges and serve.
Yields 8 servings.
