Polynesian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Combine all and mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool.
