Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
    2 c. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated or Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Boil 2 large potatoes.
    Mash well.
    Boil 2 cups water and add mashed potatoes.
    Brown flour in butter, stirring constantly.
    Add to potato mix.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Grate Cheddar or Swiss cheese. Add slowly to potato mix turned to low.
    Stir continuously as cheese melts.
    Serve with grated onion on top.
