Sister Helen'S Scalloped Potato And Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion (I use less)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (more or less)
Preparation
    Heat butter in saucepan and saute onion about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk and stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Stir in tuna. Put potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole and pour tuna mixture over it. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
