Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (raw)
    1 stick margarine
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 can onion soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine
    in a 2 to 3-quart casserole dish with a cover. Add
    all
    the
    other
    ingredients and mix well.
    Cook, covered, in a
    350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir 2 or 3 times during the first 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
