Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices; set aside.
In large bowl, beat eggs thoroughly and add sugar. Continue to beat until eggs are lemon colored and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, pumpkin and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
At low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture, beating only until flour is moistened.
Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
