Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
salt and pepper (if desired)
Preparation

Combine in a 1 1/2-quart casserole the cans of corn, butter (cut into small slices), eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir until blended, then crush fine the Ritz crackers and stir into the other ingredients.
You may save 1/3 cup crumbs to sprinkle on top for a prettier look.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until the corn is fairly stiff in the dish and golden brown.
