Ada'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
6 eggs, beaten in one at a time

Preparation

Grease tube pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Put in cold oven at 300\u00b0.
Cook for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Cool upside-down on bottle.
Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with chocolate icing.
