Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Mix together flour and sugar.
    Add to eggs; stir in pineapple and juice.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Spread melted margarine on top; do not stir.
    Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Great served with ham.
