Olive And Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. soft butter or oleo
2/3 c. ripe olives, chopped and drained
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1/3 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
Preparation

Blend cheeses and butter.
Stir in olives and chives.
Chill slightly for easier shaping.
Form in ball on serving dish.
Chill thoroughly.
Just before serving, sprinkle chopped nuts over ball. Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes 3 cups.
