Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small sweet potato
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Wrap the sweet potato in foil and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until soft.
    Remove from oven and set aside. Lower oven temperature to 400\u00b0.
    When cooled, peel and dice it.
