Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. soft margarine
1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. soft brown sugar
2 small bananas, mashed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inches).
Combine margarine, sugar, egg and mashed banana. Stir in flour and beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Makes 1 loaf.
