Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. pkg. vegetable Louisiana gumbo mixture
    1/3 lb. smoked sausage
    2 cans tomato sauce, mixed with 1/2 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck and drain.
    Add gumbo mix, sliced smoked sausage, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
    Simmer on low heat 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
