Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine carrots, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and spices.
    Stir in eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour batter in three greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.
    Frost layers with Cream Cheese Frosting.
