Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless beef cubes (round, sirloin tips, etc.)
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. cooking sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours. Serve with rice, Chinese noodles or egg noodles.
    Makes 10 servings.
