Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew meat
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    3/4 c. sherry
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Combine meat, soup, sherry and soup mix in a large casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Great over rice or for stew; add vegetables during the 3rd hour and increase temperature to 350\u00b0.
