Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well. Sift flour and add to mixture.
Add milk, vanilla and salt.
Fold in coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in Bundt pan.
